Joylux wanted to leverage its large, user-generated symptom dataset to tell a story beyond what its products do. With years’ worth of data, they knew they could do something even large academic studies couldn’t do: capture the broad experiences of real women who were seeking relief.
This cross-sectional analysis used correlational and clustering techniques to find compelling pattens in real-world data, helping Joylux to position itself as a strong player in women’s health, not just a nifty product.
This symptom analysis study successfully informed both marketing and product decisions for the Joylux team.
