The Peloton-Respin Exercise & Symptoms Study was a partnership between Respin Health and Peloton Interactive. I led this study end-to-end, including design, IRB process, enrollment, data collection, analysis, and sharing findings with the public.
This quasi-experimental study included over 1,000 participants and assessed change in menopause symptoms following participation in a collaborative, evidence-based exercise and community intervention.
The study was designed to showcase the evidence-based programming created in the partnership between Peloton and Respin, and to meet the expectations of stakeholders on both sides while maintaining standards of scientific rigor.
The P.R.E.S.S. study successfully informed both marketing and product decisions for both teams.
